We are currently hiring for the following position(s):

MAINTENANCE

The position of Maintenance at Lake Connor Park reports to the Maintenance Lead. The duties encompass responsibility for overall general maintenance and repair of structures, grounds, and facilities of the Park. The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Maintenance projects as directed
• Electrical meter reads
• Complete work orders submitted by members
• Maintenance and Repair of buildings, structures, roads, electrical, etc.

GENERAL SKILLS

• Strong initiative and a can-do attitude
• Clear verbal and written skills
• Basic Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing
• Construction experience helpful
• Backhoe and Heavy Equip experience is a plus

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to work overtime, Holidays, and Weekends as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
• Must possess a current valid WA State DL
• Must be able to pass a Background Check – No felonies
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
