MAINTENANCE LEAD/OPERATOR
The position of Maintenance Lead at Lake Connor Park reports to the Park Manager. The duties encompass responsibility for overall general maintenance and repair of structures, grounds, and facilities of the Park. The duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee maintenance projects
- Oversee scheduling and direction of maintenance employees
- Oversee inventory of and maintenance of company vehicles
- Inventory of Maintenance Supplies
- Working with Management in regard to planning and budgeting
- Maintenance and Repair of buildings, structures, roads, electrical, etc.
GENERAL SKILLS
- Supervisory skills
- Strong initiative
- Clear verbal and written skills
- Basic Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing
- Construction experience helpful
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work overtime, Holidays, and Weekends as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs
- Must possess a current valid WA State DL
- Must be able to pass a Background Check – No felonies
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening

SEASONAL SNACK SHACK ATTENDANT
Seasonal (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend)
POSITION SUMMARY
Lake Connor Park is seeking a reliable and friendly Seasonal Snack Shack Attendant to manage daily operations of our snack shack. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and takes pride in providing excellent service to park visitors.
SCHEDULE
- Every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Additional required shifts: Memorial Day Monday and Labor Day Monday
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open and prepare the snack shack for daily operations
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve snacks, drinks, and light food items
- Handle payments via cash and credit card systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- Monitor inventory and restock items as needed during shifts
- Reconcile the cash box the end of each shift
- Close and secure the snack shack following established procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math skills and cash-handling experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Food handler’s permit (or willingness to obtain one before start date)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

SEASONAL POOL ATTENDANT
We are seeking individuals to monitor our pools for the summer season. This is a temporary seasonal only position. The schedule would be Friday-Sunday, every OTHER weekend.
Pool #1 hours: 12:00pm-8:00pm
Pool #2 hours: 12:00pm-7:00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor pool gates and verify that swim bands are worn by all swimmers
- Maintain cleanliness of pool and pool area
- Enforcing rules and regulations with diplomacy and tact
- Checking pool chemical levels
- Ensure safety practices in pool and surrounding area
- Skimming and cleaning of pool during shift
REQUIREMENTS
- Love working at an outdoor heated pool all summer
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Customer service and care for others
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must have a current and valid WA State DL or Identification Card
- Clear Verbal and Written skills
- Critical thinking, awareness, and problem-solving abilities are key components of this position
- Must have reliable and consistent transportation
- Punctuality is crucial
- CPR certified (LCP offers CPR training class prior to employment)
- Flexibility to fill in when needed
- Must be available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, every other weekend

BATHHOUSE / HOUSEKEEPING
We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a BATHHOUSE TEAM MEMBER. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. This individual will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, clubhouses, & bathhouses.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in Bathhouses
- Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in Clubhouses
- Maintaining clean and sanitary conditions in Offices
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified requests
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid WA state Driver’s License
- Be available for a Thurs. through Monday shift – 6 am to 2:30 pm
- This is a physical job which requires walking, standing, bending, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing.

We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for members and guests at our Lake Connor Park. This role involves monitoring the property, enforcing park rules, and responding to incidents with a calm and service-oriented approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patrolling for member compliance and safety
- Monitoring the ins and outs for the gate system
- Monitoring surveillance cameras
- Enforcing rules and regulations with diplomacy and tact
- Performing other duties as instructed
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Must have a current and valid WA State DL
- Clear Verbal and Written skills
- Critical thinking, awareness, and problem-solving abilities are key components of this position
